June 9th through August 8th, Monday – Friday, 9:00-5:00,
Camp is for children ages 6-12.  During the week of June 30th- July 4th, we take a break and regroup for the rest of the summer camp weeks ahead.  We do not offer summer day camp at that time.  We are extending the number of camps offered at Fox Island this year.  The Fox Island camps run the weeks of June 9th, 16th, 23rd, July 7th, 14th and 21st.  The two Metea County Park camps are during the weeks of July 28th and August 4th.  Camp Directors for Fox Island are Environmental Educator, Natalie Haley and Park and Education Manager, Ron Zartman.  The Camp Director for Metea is Karie Harding.  By incorporating fun into learning about the outdoors, we can create positive experiences for children in a natural environment.  Camp cost is $100.00 per week per child.  Sack lunches are required daily from home.  Golden Parks Pass holder’s registration fee is $90.00 per week per child ($10.00 discount!).  Paid Pre-registration is required.  No walk-in registrations the week of camp will be taken.  Pick up your registration form at Fox Island County Park, 7324 Yohne Rd., Fort Wayne, IN.  46809.  Forms are also available at Metea County Park, 8401 Union Chapel Rd., Fort Wayne, IN.  46845.  Call 449-3246 for more information.
