Discovering Mosses

Some of the few green things in the woods this time of year are mosses.  Most folks just pass them by without noticing, but they really stand out after the snow melts and before the wildflowers start up.  Find out more about these tiny green “elfin” forests on this hike.  Be prepared for muddy trails.

Fox Kit Club Adventures – “Thinking Like a Scientist”
